| Will this take the place of earning Rewards Points (or Miles)? |

| No, Citi Privileges is on top of the Citibank Rewards Program - currently offered on Citibank Silver, Gold and Platinum Rewards Cards. This means that aside from instant savings and interest free financing through Citi Privileges, Citibank Silver, Gold and Platinum Rewards cardmembers will continue to earn Rewards points every time they spend. They will also continue to enjoy the choice and flexibility, of redeeming their Rewards points for air miles with Continental One Pass, Delta Air Lines Sky Miles, Philippine Airlines Mabuhay Miles, Singapore Airlines Kris Flyer and Asia Miles. Cardmembers will also have the option to redeem Rewards points for non-mileage items like cash, gas and well as periodic, specialty merchandise. |

| Citi Paylite is our easy installment payment plan that offers 0% Annual Percentage Rate (No Interest) Financing for up to 3 years at participating merchants on-island. This means that you can get your dream purchase now and pay back in light, affordable equal monthly payments at no interest. There are no hidden fees or charges. |

| Is it really no interest financing? |
|
| Yes, it really is no interest financing. You simply take the total purchase amount and divide that by the number of months available with the participating merchant. For example, if your purchase amount is $1200, eligible for 1 year, your monthly payment will be $120/mo for 12mos - no more, no less. It's that simple! |

| Is there a minimum purchase for Citi Paylite? |
|
| Yes, it varies per partner merchant. Generally, however, minimum purchase amounts range as little as $300. Imagine repaying $300 over 6 months - that's as low as $50/month, even less if a longer term is available! |
