Terms and Conditions

1) The total financed amount will be subtracted from the Available Credit Limit of your Card account, and will be billed to you in equal monthly installments. These monthly installments will be due on the same day that your regular monthly minimum payments towards your Citibank Cards account are due.2) The Finance Amount of your purchase is payable in equal monthly installments throughout the applicable tenor of your Plan. No interest on the Financed amount will be assessed. The monthly installment amount shall be added to the Minimum Amount Due of your monthly Card Statement and must be paid in full by the Payment Due Date of each billing cycle.3) For Cancellation/ Early Payoff of the Equal Payment Plan, you must complete a Cancellation/ Early Payoff Request Form and obtain cancellation/early payoff instructions at the Citibank branch in Hagatna, or simply call 24-Hour CitiPhone at (671) 477-2484.  Cancellation/ Early Payoff fee of $35 will be charged to your Citibank Card account as a regular Retail Purchase transaction. Upon Cancellation or Early Payoff, the entire unbilled principal of the Equal Payment Plan will be charged to your Citibank Credit Card account as a regular Retail Purchase. You must remit payment toward the entire principal amount by the respective Card statement due date to nullify the Equal Payment Plan and to avoid finance charges. If full payment is not made to the entire principal amount before or by the statement dude date, finance charges will be assessed for any remaining principal balance, starting from the date when the Equal Payment Plan Balance is billed to your credit card  as a Retail Purchase transaction, and the standard terms and conditions are set forth in your Cardholder’s Agreement shall apply.DO NOT REMIT PAYMENT FOR THE REMAINING UNBILLED Equal Payment Plan BALANCE WITHOUT FIRST SUBMITTING A REQUEST TO CITIBANK EITHER IN WRITING OR THROUGH 24-HOUR CITIPHONE. OTHERWISE YOUR PAYMENT MAY NOT BE APPLIED CORRECTLY.4) All applicable fees associated with Equal Payment Plans offers will be billed to your Citibank Credit Card account as a Retail Transaction, to which the terms and condition of your Cardholder's Agreement shall apply.5) Right to Decline: Under certain circumstances (for example, if your account is past due or over the limit, or if we reasonably believe that you will be unable to repay the balance), we may decline to process your transaction, in which case, Citibank will notify you.6) Payment Decline: We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement in the event that you fail to make a minimum monthly payment within 60 days after the respective statement due date.  If we terminate this agreement, all Equal Payment Plan unbilled principal and unbilled interest will be charged to your Citibank Credit Card account as a Retail Purchase transaction, and will be subject to standard Retail Purchase APR* and other Terms and Conditions set forth in your Citibank Credit Cardholder's agreement.7) Citibank may change this Agreement at any time in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the Agreement.
