Many overseas ATMs require a 4-digit PIN that does not begin with zero. In addition, many overseas ATMs do not have letters on the keypad, so you may want to change to a numeric PIN before you go. You can change your PIN at any Citibank ATM, or visit the Guam Branch.
Not all functions are available at all ATMs. ATMs outside of Guam do not usually have the same set of features that you’ll find at ATMs in Guam. For example, while all ATMs worldwide will let you view, withdraw, and transfer money between your checking and savings accounts, not all of them will let you do the same with other accounts you may have linked to your ATM Card, such as your Citibank loan, mortgage, credit card etc. While some non-Citibank ATMs will offer the choice of withdrawals from either checking or savings, others may not. Please note that each withdrawal is limited by the amount available in your account. Withdrawal limits at non-Citibank ATMs may differ. Some ATM network machines may impose lower limits on cash withdrawals.
